Honestly no game is balanced ever. So to complain about this..well Its pointless. This games pretty amazing balance wise compared to every browser/mobile game.

The servers being empty..on a basically multiplayer only game is a huge issue. Its why matsuri matches so wonky too. THey need to start merging (and compensating) older servers in the merge. Everyone quits for the main reason of "not enough things to do..noone to do them with, bored" not because they cant switch characters.
