Gaara 4* Lee Neji Hinata Kankuro Kakashi Baki Guy Asuma Chiyo Zabusa 3* Sakura Sasuke Naruto Temari Kabuto Kimimaro Sai Choji Kiba Kidomaru Tenten Anko Haku Shino Ino(GNW and regular) Shikamaru 2* Also any tips on what ninjas i should be sweeping for/buying in shops like arena/group and upgrading. I suggest you to save your scrolls for the Kage Treasure(Lv. 70) where you can find also Kisame and Itachi that are in the Group and Arena shops.
For the ranked lineups you can just change ninjas depending on your opponent.
