The top two S rank mission counts towards your weekly limit of 5 and you've already completed them.

There are a total of 7 weekly missions and you only complete 5 of them. You completed the Fighting Matsuri one and the 4 missions below it (Ranked 5x, Wanted 5x, Recruit 5x etc.).

Next time, make sure to complete the 2 S class missions FIRST before doing any of the 5 missions below them.
