Are we to see these ninja again in the future since someone I know can still see them, but he has frags for them, I don't and therefor I can't see them as well.

Yeah thats my point, I couldn't see them anymore and I told a groupmember and he said it was weird since he could but he has frags for them, thats why I'm thinking they won't show up in events anymore.
Would be kinda sad for the people like him that got a couple frags for them and aren't able to complete them now...
