Yeah thats my point, I couldn't see them anymore and I told a groupmember and he said it was weird since he could but he has frags for them, thats why I'm thinking they won't show up in events anymore.
Would be kinda sad for the people like him that got a couple frags for them and aren't able to complete them now...

its up to the company on some parts as we know they follow the cn and one mod has confirmed that but its likely not for a few years when severs 1/2 die like they did with taiwan we might get him as a comeback to us reward but again i dont see this happening for a few years or its also possible that they just act like those ninjas dont exist anymore

He does exist, but he is a Rare one, since you can only get him by some certain events. He is 2 star but really worth it, you just need to be patient and save some money/coupons until he arrives ^_^.
