Heya,

Karin actually has several combos with lots of different formations. The most notable one is Karin being positioned in the back while having your main, Sasuke 2 or 3 stars/Kakashi, and Hinata/Kankuro as your tank. I'm actually running with that atm, it's a great formation that you can keep till your 50's. Highly recommend Hinata more than Kankuro though.
