I get the 'NarutoOnline has stopped working' notice every time I launch it.

the mini client is kinda buggy just got to ninja exams and it freezed a little;couldn't turn off auto battle use skills increase speed or something like that

If you're running Windows Vista, try setting the mini-client to run in Windows XP compatibility mode.
I was experiencing similar issues until I tried that.
