How do all guys feel about "Ino" I run a Full CC team for Team Instance's and she's good with Heals and Procs her Mind Jutsu off Tayuya and Azure Blade alot but her Evasive doesn't proc as much anybody have any info on the reason why and what i need to increase for her to Proc her Sub's more?
