How do all guys feel about "Ino" I run a Full CC team for Team Instance's and she's good with Heals and Procs her Mind Jutsu off Tayuya and Azure Blade alot but her Evasive doesn't proc as much anybody have any info on the reason why and what i need to increase for her to Proc her Sub's more?

I believe those skills improve with stars a bit but the main thing is secondary stats and level of your opponent. She's more likely to be evasive if you are stronger than the enemy.

Also, InoShikaCho is a scary team when it's 4-stars.
