I wouldn't want to write this but really, or you reduce the number of people needed to make it start, or you make it cross server, or you deliver automatic compensation for when it doesn't start or you fill up the missing spots with NPC teams because, seriously, you can't give us a feature that in many servers can't be enjoyed only because or there aren't 21 people online or there aren't 21 that click on 'join' even if they are online. If you want us to create a ton of ALTs to make it start at least reduce the level needed to be part of it. 30 is too high.
