I think in general your asking if theres a stalling team/ninjas geared to wait out 2 rounds of lightnings buff that makes them immune. I find kimmimaro type characters, gnw ino is really good since you c*ways chaos one of them and interupt moves still, plus the healing. Earth/gnw ino along with kimmimaro can do wonders against lightning mains(most)

Or a annoying semi f2p team is wind main(before lvl 80) and hinata, use hinata rd1. then use a turn 1 interupt if your able to round 2. If not reset. then use hinata again. on round 3 their resistance drops and they arent immune to anything anymore.
