Minato(4th Hokage) + 40% Res to all Ninjas for 5rounds
Hiruzen(3rd Hokage) + 40% res to all Ninjas for 5 rounds + Enma for light sponge.
Temari(5 Kage conference) Generates a shield to 9 earth/wind ninjas @30% her Res.
Akatsuchi - Generates a shield to 9 Earth/Fire ninjas @30% his Res. + Generates a shield on standard attack to 2 ninjas at 20% His Res. + added Stone Golem for front line sponge.
Konan- Generates a shield to 9 Akatsuki Ninjas @ 30% her Res.
Jigokudo - All rinnegan units will have there defense +60% for 3 rounds
Gakido - All rinnegan units will have there Resitance + 60% for 3 rounds
Mabui - Generates a shield to 9 Water/Lightning Ninjas @ 30% her Res.
Ao - Generates a shield to 9 Water/Fire Ninjas @30% his Res.
Jugo - Generate a shield for all cursed marked ninjas @ 50% of there own Res.
Iruka - Shield's all Konoha ninjas @ 50% his Res.

No C buffs himself by 20% for every light nin u have.

I think in general your asking if theres a stalling team/ninjas geared to wait out 2 rounds of lightnings buff that makes them immune. I find kimmimaro type characters, gnw ino is really good since you c*ways chaos one of them and interupt moves still, plus the healing. Earth/gnw ino along with kimmimaro can do wonders against lightning mains(most)

Or a annoying semi f2p team is wind main(before lvl 80) and hinata, use hinata rd1. then use a turn 1 interupt if your able to round 2. If not reset. then use hinata again. on round 3 their resistance drops and they arent immune to anything anymore.

If you have someone like danzo or kazekage gaara who can cause immobile on chase, mifune is a good choice to stop lightning mains since they can remove lightning main's root buff and subsequently cause immobile by danzo's chase.
