I got Ay at around 1000 and since then I think I pulled 300 more and (no surprise) have not got Susanoo Sasuke

It's not around 950 or 1000 lol. The chances of getting him can start at 600 and go from there. It's more on average about 800 seals or so when you get your first super rare.

pulled my S. sasuke at 1000+ while other person on my server got him with 720. so the range on which you can get him is quite big probably 700-1200
