I made a purchase on 08/09/2016 on the Minato:43 server, only to be met by a payment failure when I tried to check out. I tried once again thinknig I'd put my information in wrong and yet again was met with failure so I gave up. However, when I went to check my account it shows that both purchases have gone through and I have no received any of the Ingots in game. I tried relogging, changing server and everything but I still don't see them despite being charged for them.
