if u have 0 kage rares, go for kage. idk about waiting a seal rebate, i never wait for those

Since you just reached lvl 70 go for kage atleast draw one rare and if you are happy with that rare stop and wait for jinchuriki else draw more kage ninjas wont be useless when jincuriki arives

I've wasted 180 seals in sage for Naruto, now I don't even use it. But lucky me, I guess. I've got Darui, Chojirou and Mei for less than 180 seals in kage :lol
So my word for you, YOLO bro. Don't wait for seal rebate, if you happen to pull a good kage then by the time rebate come that ninja already help you gain tons of seal by winning battles.

Screw everything dude! I hit 70 yesterday and instantly went to spam my scrolls with eager anticipation. Got 2 rares, Danzo and Darui. Did a little dance. What a happy day :lol
