Can we get some clarification on how it was mentioned our ranks weren't suppose to reset this month, and would be resetting in the beginning of march?

Will those of us who reached Six Paths, even though you went ahead and reset our ranks anways still you know, get what you said we would even if we dont hold that rank due to it being reset?

Or will I get a response of "Just get Six Paths again" which, sure I could, but I want to know if responsibility will be taken over this matter, or if im just going to get a run around and basically get slapped in the face.
