Trust me when I say this.

There are no good teams. Not unless you somehow draw every valuable ninja like Sage Naruto, Darui, Susanno Itachi and Sasuke, Mei, Mifune, all the Pains, and any other OP character you can find.
If you don't have those then you're pretty much going to fall pray to everybody that has them since it seems too difficult for the matching in the arena to get a decent update to actually balance it all out.
