Has anyone ever fought a battle where your overall initiative is higher than that of your opponent, but your initiator is getting outsped for no reason? My groupmates and I have been facing this problem constantly in our arena battles, and it's frustrating us a lot.

So the first thing to check is is your overall init REALLY higher than your opponent?

The easiest way to find this out, without having to add all the number, is fight the person in a 1v1 and observe who makes the start-of-battle actions first. The person who does it SECOND have the HIGHER init (this is made this way for the purpose of passive barrier. however, the order remains true even without the passive barrier and thus can be used for this check even if you don't have such ninjas)

After that, I assume your initiator is a prompt skill user you placed into slot 1. If so... well, I have no idea then.

Of course, this only helps if your opponent is from the same server as you. If not... well... where are you getting the "overall initiative is higher" bit from anyway? Granted, the same start-of-battle bit can be used to tell, but that SHOULD be consistent with the arena battle itself which should not be causing any confusions.

Yes, I've made sure. I fought a team twice, with both of us using different barrier ninjas. My passives always activated last, but his place 1 ninja always attacked first. His other ninjas went last, however.

in my opinion. the developers did the cross server in such a way that u meet older servers whereby their players have more rare ninjas and obviously better initiative. they've been doing this with server mergers. go read some threads about it.

doing this, makes u have impulse buying and spend on this game. so yeah, they're greedy bunch of monkeys. they make it as though this game is good for f2p players but the things they do always bias towards p2win.

can someone explain to me how to get arena ranked battle points? when i lose my points decreases but when i won my points didn't change or doesn't increases!!

What are you saying is completly normal, you invested initiative in other positions to so you have overall initiative better and u have the barrier, and your enemy simply have better initiative then you only on position 1 and not by far believe me.No bug here.

Doesn't arena average your initiative, though? Unless they changed how initiative works after the update.

There is also latency problems that you have to consider. Have you ever seen that your initiator starts the combo but none follows and after that the enemy proc paralisys on your team? Or that you have cc'ed an enemy skill and he could cast even if immobile'd or chaos'ed? That is caused by imput latency server-side... and it's pretty annoying.
