Hello tobei,can you please tell us which ninjas are in the pool of rare ninja (30 frags) and which are in the "normal ninja" pool (60 frags)?
Also, is it possible to get frags of a ninja you don't have unlocked yet or 5 starred?

My common was 60x Shikamaru MAke-out paradise (event ninja)
My rare was 30x Shurado.

So... no it doesn't answer all my question. If event ninjas are inside the common pool... are there other event ninjas in rare (like Hanzo or Minato)?
