Arena Seasonal Rewards?

So I just noticed since I didn't get Sage of Six Paths rank I get the lowest tier rewards. Honestly how were most people supposed to reach this rank? I tried multiple times to do rank battle in arena and people weren't queuing up. The highest rank I got was Kage so I only got the basic rewards and I honestly feel cheated especially since we had to wait a while to recieve our rewards. I am glad now that it is cross server so this shouldn't be an issue, but I think you should of sent the people the rewards for their rank since the arena system was not cross server at thee time and most people didn't play rank battle. I was really excited to get some seal scrolls today, but instead I get 5 fragments. Very disappointing especailly for how long we waited for rewards. Which ever mod reads this please ask the developers if they will allow us to get our previous rank rewards since arena was essentially unplayable and the only people who got good rewards where those who already had acheived to hit rank Sage of the Six Path.
