A pretty great lineup I learned is kakshi in front to the left, Shizune in the middle for a shield and healing buff, Water main to the front far right with super shark bomb, taijutsu attack, water dragon jutsu and healing tips, have sakura behind Shizune. With Shizune and the water main running healing tips you will have a 65% boost to sakuras healing jutsu which is a segnificant boost in her healing capabilaties.
