Okay
*Opens Arena*
Check First Rewards (yeah obviously got those)
Checks Season Rewards (yeah still haven't got)
"When a new season starts, you will gain rewards based on highest rank you achieved in the previous season. Rewards will be issued via in-game mail"
Well I've opened Arena, so what do you mean by "You have to open arena first. You know that, right?"
You have to click on/open arena first, in order to receive email with your rewards. -

Posting again because was not given an answer.
Will the servers that didnt get arena rewards yet get compensation for shorther arena season? I mean I lost 2 days of trying to get back to 6 paths already. And are you even planning to adress this situation?
P. S. S287 - no reset, no rewards. Yes, I opened arena.
P. P. S. Matsuri cross-server doesnt work either for us

Your server must be at least 60 days old to receive arena rewards. If your server is not old enough, players on your server (including you) won't receive arena rewards. We will add this rule to the game text as soon as possible. Probably with next maintenance (not confirmed yet).
As for cross-server arena. We are still investigating this problem. It is turned on but we are aware that some players are not able to find opponents. Once there is some update or solution for this problem, I will let you guys know.

Yes I have opened Arena (should have been obvious from my messages I've already done that).
No reset, no rewards.
I assume from your reply that my server should have gotten rewards so I can only inform you no one on my server has received such rewards, not just me.
Checks with my guild, world chat and my friends confirms that no one has gotten Arena rewards. -

Maybe a mod should just post that servers 90 days dont get any rewards. That way they dont need to fix the issue for our servers. And every new server can have the fun of doing arena every month removed. Trust me itll make everyone happy. Also please release new treasures, but only to servers 1-94. This will also make people happy, promise.
Im usually on your guys side when people are complaining, but this is just insanely *. -

i clicked on arena and i didn't receive any rewards . my server is 276 which is a server that is 65 days old . You know that right? why didn't i receive rewards ? mind explaining -

Hey this might not be the best thread to talk about this topic, but regarding arena... Do we have to climb back to Six Paths Sennin to get the arena rewards for February or will we get them for free this month? Thanks.

You really don't know how to keep players around do you? You just keep wanting to treat them like the lowest of shiit.
YOU NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE INFORMATION YOU RELAY.
Dont just give us wrong info then go "oops, sorry wont happen again" when it does every * week.
So when you tell us one thing, we're suppose to be able to try you's with the position you're in.
But in the end, you're just a giant joke for what you do. -

- in 262 server is older then 60 days and no reward still... and yes i opened arena even fought in it... where tha rewards at o.o :P
same for 273 and 276 , 273 is 67 days old , 276 is 65 days old , your server 262 is 74 days old yet they seem to ignore every time this subject is brought up , watch them push the rule to 90 days so we wont complain anymore -
