Your server must be at least 60 days old to receive arena rewards. If your server is not old enough, players on your server (including you) won't receive arena rewards. We will add this rule to the game text as soon as possible. Probably with next maintenance (not confirmed yet).
As for cross-server arena. We are still investigating this problem. It is turned on but we are aware that some players are not able to find opponents. Once there is some update or solution for this problem, I will let you guys know.

- Usually i'm patient and was waiting on everything but this.... to just make up a new rule on the spot and for those that got six path EVEN before the 2.0 update your saying is invalid. At this point i have no words for you guys just sad.
You're right pretty much as you can see Acer1 stated " 2. Arena Season Rewards are not available in some servers.
