Hey guys, so small questions from a couple of people on my server:

- How does the matching system in Arena work? Does it based on power or level? Some people got match almost instantly, other has to queue for 3 minutes, to 5 minutes, to infinity :'(

- Is it correct to assume that the expiration date of the trial ninjas also overlap with the duration of each season?

- Can you guys provide, or refer us to somebody who can, a brief guide on how the group summon system works? Is the snake our 5th ninja? ^_^ (nevermind this one, I've just read the guide)

- How is the consideration process for free 2 SS convoy per day going?

- For servers that were affected by maintaining, will there be any compensation? We lost Sage World (and maybe Ninetails) today.
