dev of OG i think the cross server of matsuri is not even fix yet and you guys come out with more features? i mean like i really don't know what you guys are doing. fix the existing problems before implementing any other things and beyond that also consider of time zone as well many of us are waiting for the server to go down on time and back on time now you guys delay everything and waste many peoples time especially HK server which i'm in as well is heavily affected we can't do sageworld and nine tails today because of your * patch.

to be real frank if i were to do sageworld and 9 tails i can get more than what they compensate. they should consider doing maintenance with difference in time zone so players will not get affected. this isn't rocket science i guess for HK zone u can do it during midnight for HK for US or other region u can do it at their midnight so it will give players a better game play.

I don't mind the x-server arena, but I would like to see matsuri get fixed too! Hopefully it'll be up and working on Friday ^^

To be fair. 80% would like the compensation better because those 80% are the ones you step on in sage and overshadow in 9 tails to get your rewards.

if they had done that, be sure everything works PERFECTLY before putting them in the game, they wouldn't be in this situation, instead of correcting what was bad/missing/broken, they just put stuffs after stuffs after stuffs and it makes the game worst every time

Great to know that you of all people know how they should do their work, when you don't know how their working pipeline works or how they are set up in the first place. However I can tell you 1 thing.
Most of the time such companies have different sections who work on different problems and whenever something is finished they put it into a line of update where it fits.
So instead of ranting here, how about just being silent and let them do their work, for many of them it is late evening if you didn't realise that yet.
If you can't handle tech issues / work delays, you should consider to stop playing any game affected by weekly patches.
Iam sure you never stumbled upon unforeseen problems in your life.

what YOU don't seem to understand is that their job is also to GIVE INFORMATIONS which is something they are barely doing :) most of the stuffs on the game is not even updated properly, and they still haven't fixed it either, yes they have an "agenda" but if you want your game to workds, you have to work properly, which is not the case here from what i see, and so much people are complaining, there is always a reason ;)

"let them do their work" we're actually waiting for them to do that since months, still not happening despite having what?5 mod changes

Technicians work is not to give info, that is what the administrators or moderators work is here for that forum and I also doubt they work in the same building, so there's that.
So, if the technicians are busy right now fixing that problem, I doubt they give any info out until it is actually finished.
Again, I don't think you have any clue how things actually work.

and i doubt it takes months to fix a arena issue that is know since a while

As you see, when the technicians don't give any info, the moderators, cannot give any info either.
Also they do not work all day either.

Well that's how you look at it, but that's not how working pipelines work.
Companies just handle things differently.

wasnt this monthly arena thing supposed to be already up from the last month? they did fix the existing issues then....
and regarding the test server.... you did realize there's a limit of what they could check in it right... for example the matsuri prob, even if they checked it first in test server, in the real server the result could come diff, since in the real one, we have lots server.....
