There is some sort of problem or bug with gnw chat.
When you are fighting you can not use team chat. It is logical that you cant coordinate moves via group chats, becouse 6 fields coordinations makes everything complicated.
Is there anything You can do to make team chat in GNW work?

Team chat is for teams, when you are in GNW, you are not in team with anybody.

Battle chat is ok to use but the enemy ninjas can read that as well so nobody is using that.

thats not correct, fight chat can be read by enemies (blue)
battle chat(brown) - only the 9 people from your field can read that

Hey

Correct Syldor. There's a difference between Battle Chat/Fight Chat.

Battle Chat is meant to be used for GNW
Give it a try next time.
