Before major update back in around Christmas time/New Year, there was Anbu task (now Kakashi guide/Daily Practice) task that sometimes had a task to donate for the group, any sum while it gave minimum of +3 points, but now you have to do it manually.

Problem now is, as a group leader, I have to write messages in order for group funding to increase, which depends if anyone wish to donate...not to mention if they understands how donating works and what is being donated (some money/ingots, or in-game cash), even though my group is not that active anyway, with that I mean talkative, or responding that well to calls, so basically, lets say I got some bunch of noobs that don't care about group except the part where they just want to be in one, and they don't know anything and don't care much besides themselves, so...how can I profit of them while they acieve something as well?
Of course the answer is - bring back the daily practice of donating in order to get XP or whatever else, so that I can grow my group with help of others instead of having myself and maybe in the best case 2-3 more guys from 40-50 others.

well those players probably dont know about groupskills so just talk to them about groupskills and that they help themself and others if the group gets upgraded
if they dont know how to donate coins than its your job to tell them how to do that

As group of the #1 server we have everyone donate a minimum donation amount of 200k coins a day. If they do not meet the donation requirement they are automatically disqualified from GNW packs "assuming they made all 4 anyways". We are group level 11 and are about 750 daily activity points. I suggest you start letting in low level players are the group activities can boost your groups activity rate to get you upgraded faster. I usually take 1-3 for 9tails and the coins reduction hurts. I my self only donate between 500k-1 mil a day.

Hi! I think as group leader you should explain to your members the importance of donating to the group... They seem new to the game so you'll have to be their 'guide'. Try talking to them in guild chat, direct them toward a guide, if needed reach a compromise :). Also, low lvl people have difficulty raising much money and they could be spending it wrongly, it's your job (and your seniors too) to educate them :P

As for my group, we have a minimum donation requirement to partecipate to the distribution of gnw packs with a little incentive: who donates more weekly gets a pack sooner ;P

Also, frankly speaking, the donate 3 points is not going to help much in leveling your group :P... This post was last edited by MissKira at 2017-2-14 03:18

Organized GNW pack distribution sure helps, you can easily come up with a point value system between donation, GNW participation and potentially even other participation matters(granted, some things are kinda impossible to track, I would really like, for example, know who is doing ranked battle and who isn't, because we are having difficulty getting the 180 ranked per weak activity done(except last week due to the monthly event) and therefore doing ranked when it is "useless"(most player are pretty stuck) IS contributing to the group.)
But sadly, that can't be tracked. I would really like a chart of who is doing what in the activities page...

On the other hand, I see very little point in forcing player to donate when they have already maxed their group skill. Quite frankly, if a player have maxed his group skill, chances are he is NOT the reason the group skill(and other things) isn't higher (and thus requiring more donation), it is far more likely that it is the fault of other players, unless of course the group have very low amount of active players, in which case the per player contribution required to level up the group is significantly higher.

Personally, i care very little about donation itself, more for contribution. If a player makes an effort to get the contribution for free via convoy/plunder, GNW and group trial, it grows the group just the same. Just like ranked, not everyone bother with group trial... While I understand some people can't make GNW/convoy hours and this would be unfair as donation would be their only option compared to others, but those are far and few in between if they actually picked the server of the right time zone. And if they didn't, that's really their fault.
