If the Leader had been off for a week i think you would be able to impeach the leader, only the senior can do it and then it goes on to anbu, elite, then i think members, but then it costs ingots to do so.

I would suggest for you to leave and to join a more active one. This isn't really helpful but only seniors, anbus, elites can change the leader but it costs ingots.
