Nerf lightning and Important suggestion be4 merger

I think u guys need to nerf lightning first before cap increase.

Before you merge servers again, please reduce the level of the higher levels by 5 levels and give them a 1.7x exp buff for a month. And those later servers, give them a 1.3x exp buff.
AND, at the end of one month, reinstate the 5 levels that were removed. And give huge rewards at the end of one month when they log in. All these is done to minimize the disaster cause by the servers merge. The top few in the later servers get rage quit even though he spent quite an amount of money, you cant just merge it like this, without any mitigation.

The later the server, the smaller the exp buff. So that the people c*l race again in an equal manner. Removing their levels will mean removing the effects of the red equipments, to older ones. Most other stuff cant be touched.
