Whitelist Chat

An addition of the chat that would work like Whitelist, but in chat form. Even though what we have now, blocks spies' sense of vision, it doesn't block their hearing. Just an extra tab that would be available to people whitelisted to chat on during war/ev. about convoys (to not know who supports whom).

Option to Hide nicknames
====================
There are lots of screenshots on forums that show some funny scenes, or just a cooperation project of people of the server, however... nicknames often tend to make it a bit ugly. I think that the option to temporarily hide nicknames (ev. titles) for some time would be cool, just to take a screenshot :)
