There appears to be a link to "Mysterious Treasure" in the Recruit section. Once the page is fully loaded, the link disappears; however, I was able to access the page through my cruddy Internet.

Here's what I found:

So... is this an upcoming feature? Is it something incomplete? From the looks of it it's a Jonin medal-exclusive treasure...

This treasure is only for people that have jonin medal, it doesn't give anything special, it just give materials.
