[ Suggestions ] compensations for server crash?

As many reported previously, there was a general server crash yesterday night (EU servers time) during the matsuri time frame.
As far as im concerned, it crashed in the middle of a fight which gonna lead me to 5th win, n when server backed up, the matsuri event had ended already.
Personally i wont rage after a single seal but for some people (like several group mates of mine) who used to participate in last 30min, they are completely screwed because of that server crash.
So is it possible to get some kind of compensations for it?

I wrote previously a post, which they deleted for some reasons
So here is me who waits for last 30 mins to do matsuri, and since last 40 minutes of matsuri event it was impossible to get on server , I'm asking for some compensation. Some of the ppl got it, I didn't.

Yes, I agree. Compensations should definetelly be, because me and my few friends also got screwed by this bug and didnt do matsuri:)
