1＃ Go ToThis is just a complaint from someone who's spent considerably...
After seeing the Tobirama/BA9 event twice I decided "The next one I'm going all-in!" So, I waited, and I waited, many people on forums were like where the heck is the event!?
Sure enough it pops up, I immediately turn in for BA 8, and have to top up almost $1000 to finish BA 9. I got Tobirama Senju! Woooo!
Two days later, you release Tobirama Senju on a spending event for under $600, and make a $1000 top up event.
Sorry, this just really pissed me off and I felt like posting about it. This is the second notable time you guys have "tricked" players into spending large for something they've been waiting on.

- tobirama cost around 700 to 800 not 600 and the top up is 1000 lol
I got about 2500 shurikens off of spending $70, which was 10 frags so $70 x 8 i figured you could get him for under $600.
Anyhow, I obviously got and paid for BA 9 which was my intention. But I wish they would announce when previously "super rare ninjas" will be coming available. Tobirama and Hashirama were both like "surprise!" after people had committed to the BA or Tendo pain draws.
It may not have changed my course of purchase but I'm really just annoyed that they ran two high spend events back to back. Offering Tobirama immediately after the "Tobirama event" felt like kind of a slap in the face cause I only got to enjoy it for 48 hours lol.
