I made a minor mistake when buying something from the time limited shop sent in a support request didn't ask for a refund just asked to change the item into the right item as they were the same price.
The person who andwered the support said they couldn't do anything.
I've put over 1k CND into this game it was a $70-$80 mistake and this is the only time I've ever sent a support asking for something like this to fixed and the person who answered said they can't do anything.
I need to talk to someone who accually knows what custumer service is please.
