[ Help ] How to change other ninja mystery attack?

You can't change their mysteries. The mystery of ninjas will changed based on how many stars you give them. Why don't you want the rasengan? It spawns clones automatically now instead of wasting a mystery on it.

I'm not a fan of the battlefield cooldown. Is it definitely worth it though? Also, how can I know what my ninja's new attacks will be before giving them star?

Every character's kit get objectively better with stars. Don't worry about it :)

Go to upgrade stars, and then there will be a "?" next to the Upgrade Stars *on. Click that and you can view all their new skills with the star increases.
