Hi! Naruto now has rasengan but I want the old mystery attack back. I am only able to change my character's mystery attack but not my other ninjas'. How do I do that?

I'm not a fan of the battlefield cooldown. Is it definitely worth it though? Also, how can I know what my ninja's new attacks will be before giving them star?
