Other way round, no-one play him control anymore. His 4th attack is better then sleep and his shield mystery is pretty good vs poison/paralyze that's kinda popular this meta.

I have been Fire Main since day one and I continue to be Fire now. His passives were changed, but I still feel they're usable. I love his immunity shield, it's helped me and so many others in war/convoy.

I don't know how he fits with Kage ninjas, aside from Mei, which works really well.

Hes good just with different ninjas.
Id say LM is best f2p but if you have some rare ninjas then LM/Water/Wind/Fire all work. Earth..kinda requires more rare ninjas together to go great.
Wind is also kinda hard to field a strong team, especially f2p ninja teams. But fire is cool still LM and Water are just simpler

Both Dym and Khannon have great assessments. Previously he was very easy to run in control or glass cannon teams. One of the best ninjas to pair him with was tobi, who is easily attainable for F2P players over time. The Tobi nerf hit that team pretty hard, and Scarlet Blaze plays a bit different with the skill changes and addition of 4th skills. He's still viable, sure, but would take a bit more work and some rare ninjas to get him to perform very well. Certainly a good main, just has suffered some growing pains in 2.0.

Um if I have understood well, it will be more complicated. So will my lineup Fire + Tobi + Kakuzu + Hinata be still worth it ?
