Is there a way to increase wind resistance? I just noticed my MB's wind res is -20%

Yes, it's possible via some ninja tools will have attributes to increase resistance, that you can get from team instances

No. The nature stones for "Wind" is just regular resistance.

The Wind Resistance comes from the "Additional Stats" on the ninja tool itself. So you can increase it by trying your luck with reforging wind resistance onto an existing piece of gear, or just replacing it with one with wind resistance on it.
