Coupons will always be the priority over Ingots considering it's the game currency that's farmable for free.
We wouldn't enable the option to avoid unnecessary issues that can arise from it.

As for you second suggestion. No.
We have selective payments as it's easier to manage currency given. Also, it helps avoid possible stolen cards with a payment risk depending on the amount used.
