Here's a formation

I was in arena and I find this to work. Crimson Fist, Might Guy Kabuto and Pein Ningendo. And here is the formation:

The talents for Crimson Fist is: 3,3,4,1,2. And the summoning is Serpent. Either Serpent and Rhino will leave either Kabuto and Guy out of the main combo.
The team is highly good and Kabuto, like people use him for Kimimaru and Kidomaru, helps with CF Bottom Force which increases his ATK and DEF each time he takes damage. And that works well when using Bottom Force. Though I only use it for the DEF gain as I don't have CF doing Taijustu at all. It's up to you if you want to change his standard attack to make better use of Bottom Force. The team have a good amount of heal with Guy passive and Kabuto heal ability. Kabuto's clones help take some standard attacks from opponent ninjas if you don't want your ninjas getting hit right away. Also, it have a bit of cc with Ningendo.
