isn't it always full bar to get to next level ? i never got it sooner than full bar ... same for refines after lvl5

Get some threads with the monthly event and lucky board and you will get is easily this week. Still unlucky though.

Its not I got it with 33/50 and 67/100. Most of the time you need atleast 85% of full bar.

Yeah it's not like refines lvl 1 that if you have luck it *s to next level.

There you have to spend 50 common threads to get next lvl.

Mine took 46/50, so OP, you shouldn't be too far off lol

Same thing with refines sometimes, man, i hate it should be a bit easier, not about "trigger" certain % amount to get what u need.
