So it is the first and we haven't recieved the season pack for arena, is this a bug or intentional?

Bumping this thread out of sadness due to the negligence of the arena system. Not only has the cross server arena rank battle not been implemented one month after the 2.0 update has went into play; but also the season rewards which were previously thought to be distributed after each arena season ended at the end of each month are nowhere to be seen.

They will just tell you that they don't know what the problem is but they are trying really hard and everyone is doing the best they can to solve the problem and once they have news they will say it in forum and to keep calm and wait. Same thing every single time they screw up. Im just waiting for it.

I will remain positive, I bashed customer service once already but won't do it again, sometimes things are out of their control and falls on their tech so we shouldn't bash customer service for it. I just hope it will be a speedy fix and not take two weeks like Matsuri did.

Unfortunately, that's the case.

As moderators, it's our duty to inform the player base of issues occurring, but sometimes things are out of our control.

Again, Once we have an update, I'll be sure to let the players know.
