when you take x rune and place it on y rune the y rune should get exp right? well for me it replaced it :p

No, not all the time. You can't fuse better runes into worse ones, so you cannot use gold to level purple, that's why it changed around.

did that before and it didn't eh...if it is a bug thought ppl should know in the end is mb for not locking it:P

Hey

Within accordance to Charka runes.
Rarity has priority

Red will consume Orange
Orange will consume Purple, etc.
