[ Help ] How to test ninja at arena?

At the arena if you go the the question mark it says at level 55 or higher you can test ninjas and that some are only available to Jonin Medal users, but I don't see any ninja at all besides my own, so how does this function work?

Because there aren't any testable ninjas right now.
When there are, they will have labels, and should appear on top of all your other ninjas
