Uhm random wheel bs had a cap of 3k a day max, so most got it about 3 times cheaper then that.

You're right, I didn't see the 3 star point and assumed he meant 4 star since that's what everyone was wanting.

I did 3 x10 spins in wheel and 3 starred mine.....was lucky as heck.... but I doubt I'll ever get a chance to 4 star him....would be op for a 5 star
