Hey

It usually stems from error in connection to our server. I'd suggest making sure you don't have anything downloading in the background. Streams, etc.
If the connection continues to fail, use a VPN.

I checked my internet speed during that time 4mb speed. and even when i watch something on YT I don't have any issues. :'( 150 Coupons gone.
