actually obito had a same mastery like beheading kakashi and mabui but his mastery disperse all enemy buff

he already released in chinese server

Hey

I personally wouldn't see a Ninja completely remove someone from the field as a skill.
Considering it'll be a completely new status effect. Immobile is the nearest one we have. Which would make better sense.

Then it's really going to be a new effect since it's exclusive only to Obito bec. as we all know, his Kamui..ahaha And it's a great one bec. it removes the transported target's passive skill from the field.

Immobile already has the same basic effect minus the visual of them being removed.

I would assume that you can't heal from that removal unlike immobile tho ^
