easy to say that matsuri is not that bad when you're lvl 80-85.
But for people like me on pretty recent server it's just hell. yeah maybe the top players of my server don't get as much wins as before but it is even worse for us.
Before 2.0 once the couples of top players of the server had done their matsuri you could still get your 4 or 5 wins by fighting with the other average players. Now i just keep getting match with people way stronger than me even after loosing.
