You don't need to replace Hinata, she's one of the best tanks especially with Scarlet. However, I'd go for another dps to replace Sakura, since you've already got a good healer (Karin). Go for Sasuke 2 or 3 stars or Kakashi for that position.

Hmmm i have tried sasuke he never seems to work for me as for kakashi i don't have him yet im hoping to replace sakura with shizune for the extra poison that she and karin can dish out
