maybe it's the mini client problem, try this close the mini client then open "task manager" see if there's naruto online listed there then end task until all the naruto online completely closed after that try open the mini client again and see if this problem fixed

Hey

I'd suggest clearing your cookies/cache and restarting your client.
If the connection issue persists, trying playing the browser version to see if that helps
